Standard furniture orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 7-14 business days via our specialized freight partners to ensure your pieces arrive safely.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Acres Market & Interiors ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping regions in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on non-furniture home decor items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or upholstered furniture is final sale.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Most of our wooden furniture and market goods are crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed wood to minimize our environmental footprint.
Can I request a fabric sample before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatches for our primary upholstery collections so you can see and feel the fabric in your own light before making a commitment.
