At Acres Market & Interiors, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective inserts, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
